For teams that look up public records by hand

Your team can handle more records without more hires.

Quit Clicking automates the record lookups your team does by hand. It searches county and court sites, reads the documents, and hands you a clean file. For lead list, background check, and title firms.

Send a short note or a few sample records. No logins needed.

Does your team do this?

Pick your business. Then look at the jobs your team still does by hand.

I run a
Look up records
Someone opens each county site every day. They look for new arrest, probate, or foreclosure filings.
Read the documents
They copy names and home addresses out of court PDFs by hand.
Clean and format
They fix each county's format. They take out repeats and do-not-mail records, then set up the mail-house file.
Send it on
They upload the list to your mail tool, CRM, or sheet.

If your team does even one of these by hand, software can likely do it. See how this works for lead list companies

Here is one record, done by hand. Then the same job with no clicks.

  1. Search the county site for a name.
  2. Open the right court case.
  3. Open the PDF.
  4. Find the home address.
  5. Copy it.
  6. Go to your sheet.
  7. Paste it in.

That is 7 clicks for one record. Then you do the next one.

Now say you do 60 a day, at 2 minutes each: 109,200 clicks a year, 43 hours a month.

Same job. No clicks from you. If it is not sure, it flags the record for a person.

Sample screen. Names are made up. Shown on a court record. Your records may look different. The clicks add up the same way.

What one task costs you

Say one person spends 2 hours a day on one task, at $35 an hour. Change the numbers to match your team.

2
×
$35
equals$1,519a month2 hours a day × $35 an hour × 21.7 workdays a month

What it adds up to

In 3 months
$4,600
In 6 months
$9,100
In 1 year
$18,200
In 3 years
$54,700

You pay for a build once. You pay for the task every month.

And it grows with your work. Each new county, order, or file adds more hours. Today, that means more people.

Your numbers will be different. The free Check works them out for your job.

One record, start to finish

Automation means software does a task for you, the same way, every time. Here is one sample record, from the county site to your tools.

Sample screen. Names are made up.

  1. It pulls the records

Each morning, it goes to the county and court sites and gets what is new. It works even when a site has no easy way in.

  2. It reads the documents

It finds the names, addresses, and case details in PDFs and scans. If it is not sure, it flags the record for a person. It does not guess.

  3. It cleans the list

It fixes the format and takes out repeats. Then it sets up the file the way your team, your client, or your mail house wants it.

  4. It sends them to your tools

Finished records go straight to your CRM, mail tool, screening platform, or Google Sheets.

  5. It gives you a screen to check

When a job needs it, your team gets a simple page to check the flagged records.

  6. If one record fails, the rest keep going. That is part of every build, at no extra cost.

A real job, running now

For a Florida court-data lead company.

Run a background check or title firm? Your records sit on the same county sites, in the same kind of PDFs. Only the record is different.

Every morning, this job runs on its own:

Live
  1. It downloads the county arrest report.
  2. It looks up each person's court case.
  3. It reads the home address from the court PDF.
  4. A person checks every record on a review screen before it goes out.
  5. It sends the approved records to their shipping tool.

How it works

Five steps, from your first note to a job that runs on its own.

  1. Within 2 business days

    Free Automation Check

Name one job your team does by hand. You get a plain answer: can it be automated, how, and about what it would cost.

  2. 15 minutes, then 24 hours

A short call, then one price

Show how the job works today. Within 24 hours, you get one fixed quote with a start date.

  3. 7 days from the start

    First working version

One job, such as one county, runs from start to end. If a source will take longer, the quote says so first.

  4. Before handover

    Your real data, then handover

It runs on your own records while you watch. Then it is set up in your accounts, and your team learns how to use it.

  5. 30 days

    Free fixes

If a bug shows up or something breaks, it gets fixed for free. After that, a monthly care plan is there if you want it.

Safe to try

  • One fixed price

You know the price before work starts. If the job changes, the change is quoted first. You are never billed by the hour.

  • Your real data first

You see it work on your own records before you take it.

  • 30 days of free fixes

Any bug or break in the first 30 days is fixed for free.

  • No big promises

No promises of more sales or more replies. Nobody can control those. What you can see is the job, running.

Your data stays with you

  • It is built in your own accounts, so your data stays there.
  • Happy to sign an NDA before seeing any data.
  • The free Check needs only a short note or a few sample records. No logins.
  • Any copies made during the build are deleted at handover.

Who is behind it

Hi, I am Rayhan Ahmed. Most people call me Saymon. I run Quit Clicking, and I build every job myself. When you write in, you talk to the person who writes the code.

I am a developer. When a site has no easy way in, I write the code to get through. And if a job is not a good fit for me, I will tell you.

Rayhan Ahmed, founder of Quit Clicking

Before Quit Clicking, I built web apps for 4 to 5 years.

Good questions

Have one that is not here? Write to me.

[email protected]
Is my data safe?

It is built in your own accounts, so your data stays with you. I am happy to sign an NDA first. The free Check needs no logins, and I delete any copies at handover.

Will it work on our county and court sites?

Most of them, yes, even the ones with no easy way for software to plug in. I write code that uses the site the way a person would. Some sites are harder than others, and the free Check tells you about yours before you pay anything.

What if a site changes?

In the first 30 days, I fix it for free. After that, you can pick a monthly care plan. It covers checks, fixes when a site changes, and small tweaks. It is your choice.

We have VAs for this. Why change?

Add up what this task costs you each month. Then compare that with a one-time build. Your VAs can still help. They can check the flagged records.

How much does it cost?

You get one fixed price after the free Check, often within a day of our call. It depends on the job. I also show you what the task costs you now, so you can compare.

How do I pay?

You pay in full at the start, or half at the start and half at the halfway point. I don't start without a deposit.

Who will build it?

I will. Quit Clicking is just me for now, and I do not hand your job to anyone else.

Where are you based?

I live in Sylhet, Bangladesh. I work with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Our calls happen in your morning, US time.

Do I need to know tech?

No. You need to know your job. Show me how you do it and I will handle the rest.

My business is not one of these three. Can you still help?

Maybe. If your team does the same task on a screen every day, like looking things up, reading PDFs, or copying data between tools, it can likely be automated. Send it in for a free Check and I will tell you honestly.

Name one job your team still does by hand

You get a reply within 2 business days: can it be automated, how, and about what it would cost. It is free, and you owe nothing.

The Check is a written answer. No build, no full audit.
